The bag functions are:-Nappy Change Flap is positioned at the front of the bag with a Magnetic clip that comes down to reveal the change flap and two pockets for extra Nappy's. On both sides of the bag has the phone pockets with another Elasticized pocket half way over the top of the phone pocket. It has a Zipped top for easy access to the inside of the bag which has three more Pockets on each side with a spacious centre, when Zipper closed the flap flips over and held with another Magnetic clip.
